Refund Policy
Cancelled events
If an organiser cancels an event, the affected tickets are marked cancelled and are no longer valid for entry. Where the organiser has instructed a refund, or is required to provide one, the ticket state becomes REFUNDED and the refund is returned to the original payment method.
Changed events
If an event's date, time or venue changes materially, contact the organiser or our support team. Whether a refund is available depends on the organiser's own terms for that event.
Change of mind
Tickets are not automatically refundable simply because plans changed. Individual organisers may choose to offer refunds — raise it with support and we will put the request to them.
Finished events
Once an event has ended, its tickets cannot be refunded. Your purchase, transaction and historic ticket remain visible in your account.
Cryptocurrency payments
Crypto refunds are returned as cryptocurrency, and the amount returned reflects the value actually received. Because exchange rates and network fees move, the returned amount may not equal the fiat value at the time of purchase. Crypto refunds are processed by our team and may take up to 5 working days, the same window as cryptocurrency seller payouts.
Effect on seller payouts
Where a refund is issued before a seller has been paid out, the refunded sale is removed from that payout. Cryptocurrency payouts are settled manually within 5 working days, so a refund raised inside that window is normally netted off before any money moves.
Platform fee
Where a full refund is issued to the buyer, the 5% platform fee for that sale is reversed too — the buyer is returned the full ticket price they paid.
Fraud and abuse
Tickets obtained fraudulently, or reported as fraudulent by a payment processor, may be voided without refund.
Requesting a refund
Use the support widget on any page. Include the order or transaction reference from Dashboard → Transactions so we can find the payment quickly.
