Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data — email address, username, and a hashed password. We never store your password itself.
• Event and ticket data — events you publish, tickets you buy or sell, and their status.
• Payment records — amounts, currency, status and processor references. Card numbers never reach our servers.
• Payout details — if you sell tickets, the bank, IBAN or PayPal details you provide. These are encrypted at rest.
• Messages — support conversations and country chat messages.
• Technical data — IP address, browser user agent, and an approximate country derived from your IP for showing nearby events.

What we do not collect

We do not request precise GPS location, and we do not publish your exact location to other users. Country-level chat rooms reveal only the country you are in or selected.

How we use it

To run your account, issue and verify tickets, process payments and payouts, provide support, show relevant events, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Payment processors (Stripe for card payments, NOWPayments for cryptocurrency), our hosting and database providers, and event organisers — who receive the information necessary to admit you to their event. We do not sell your data.

Security

Passwords are hashed. Payment credentials and payout details are encrypted at rest with authenticated encryption, and decrypted only on the server. Access to administrative tooling is role-restricted and audit-logged.

Retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account exists and for as long as needed afterwards for legal, accounting and dispute purposes. When an account is deleted, personal data is removed or irreversibly scrubbed; ticket and payment records that other people depend on are retained without your personal details attached.

Your rights

You can access and correct your details in Settings, and request deletion of your account. Contact us through the support widget for any privacy request.
